What’s not to love about the USD AEON Sam Crofts Pro 60? Designed around the proven unibody AEON aggressive skate, you get a fast, light skate with a bold new style, and upgraded features that meet Sam Crofts’ exact specifications. "For my third pro skate from USD I've designed another skinned Aeon 60. In an effort to make my skate more sustainably sourced I’ve this time chosen a Vegan / PU leather. I’ve been extensively testing various types of Vegan / PU leather skins over the course of the last 18 months and I’m very confident what we’ve come up with is even better than the real suede/leather used on my previous skate. I was fortunate that the release of this skate coincided with the release of my first aftermarket pro MyFit second skin liner, which will also come with this skate as standard. The liner follows the same classic MyFit second skin silhouette, but has been constructed with upgraded materials; a super hardwearing vegan suede exterior to prevent any holes caused by abrasion or pressure points from the inside of the skate to give the liner an extended life. I added a very comfy recall innersole for extra comfort on longer session and I rounded it off with a classic 14 wale corduroy top to match my favourite pants, embroidered with my signature geometric fox. We also upgraded the wheels, the skate now comes with the premium Undercover Apex 60mm wheels and Wicked Abec 9 bearings for super fast bowl and park skating, making this my fastest and highest spec pro skate yet! The skate is completely groundbreaking and offers high performance. Breaking every rule in the book USD ditched the Universal Frame System (UFS) currently found on pretty much every other aggressive skate on the market.

Creating a solid one-piece boot/frame has allowed USD to minimise the amount of hardware (bolts etc) used and also, more crucially, lower the overall centre of gravity. This gives skaters a lower ride with better overall control, and an all-around solid feel (try finding a rattle).

Without UFS frame mounting bolts you can move the centre two wheels outwards and create extra space in the groove area for grind tricks whilst riding a flat set-up of larger wheels. USD claim that this is the flat best set-up frame ever created, and we can back up that claim by saying it's a very very good h-block and groove!

To complete the skate: Limited and bespoke heat-mouldable MyFit dual-fit liners which shape to your foot like a cosy glove, reducing pressure points. You get a full flat set-up of eight 60mm Apex Aluminium core wheels loaded with WCD ABEC 7 bearings. 

This skate will be serious fun and responsive.
