Please note that due to an unexpected amount of holiday purchases, our team is experiencing a delay in processing customer orders.Â
- Please expect processing delays of up to 3 days from purchasing, whilst our team works as fast as possible to get your order on it's way to you.
- As we are also experiencing stock delays from our suppliers, some orders may take longer than others, as supply deliveries arrive daily for our team to process before being sent out to customers.

Exchanges
Doesn't suit you? Incorrect size? Changed your mind? You can exchange or receive a store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please note that shipping is covered by the customer. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging if returning to us.

Unfortunately, we don't provide exchanges or refunds for sale items, gift certificates, lessons or custom-built skates.
Faulty
